easy access shopping center
The shuttle service provided easy access to the stations. A Central shopping center was very close to the hotel.

broken door persistent noise
My room was not up to standard. The bathroom door was broken. This is unacceptable. A weird noise occurred all night, preventing sleep. It is now 5 AM, and I am writing this review in frustration after trying to sleep since 2 AM.

a decent stay overall
great location friendly staff clean room terrible wifi old towel hot water
i liked this hotel location. it was easy to reach shops. the staff was friendly and helpful. i had a standard double room and it was clean.
the wifi was terrible in my room. it kept kicking me out every few minutes. the bath towels were old. they should replace the towels.

quick service fantastic location lovely room
I always appreciate the quick service! the location is fantastic. It's so easy to get around. rooms have a nice city view and are lovely! the gym is good, and the breakfast plus the coffee shop provide excellent starts to the day.
the elevator was a little slow during peak hours. sometimes, i waited a few minutes!
